About Bookies et Moi

Hey there! We should start by getting to know each other better, or at least for you to know who is the person behind the keyboard.

My name is Ana and in 2021 I made the first step in the bookish word, which was creating my bookstagram account where I posted reviews, thoughts and random updates that resonated with more and more people. I build a small community of books lovers, I made friends from all around the world and fell in love with literature day by day. That's when I realised that your passion can also be your biggest dream.

Here I am, two years later, creating my own website where I get to share my real and honest thoughts about "the realms other created", as I like to say.

What do I do ?

By day, I am a marketing specialist for an online bookshop. By night, I read, review and edit. Did that last part catch your attention, you lovely author? Here is what I mean:

Along with everything else, I freelance in book editing for romance authors. This has been one of my passions for a very long time and I am so happy every time I get to be a part of an author's success.
